HERO will directly promote health and hygiene in communities through the development of clinics, labs, pharmacies, emergency facilities and health education, and through the construction of wells, water filtration and sewage treatment systems.

HERO will directly improve education by building schools and providing start-up services, equipment and materials.

HERO will help find doctors, nurses, teachers and other staff for clinics and schools.

HERO will support ongoing operations at these facilities by obtaining volume discounts for medicines, food, supplies and equipment, and by providing consulting services and technical assistance.

HERO will provide a full range of project management services to other charitable organizations and churches that share HERO’s mission of improving health, education and welfare in Haiti.

Twin Parish Needed! Minimize

Decostiere

Fr. Nesly, a highly respected and dedicated pastor is looking for an energized community willing to twin with his parish and associated chapels.  The parish of Decostiere is located between Goniaves and Gros-Morne in the Artibonite region of Haiti.  Projects including a primary school, medical clinic and small tree farm are supported enthusiastically by the surrounding community and parishoners.  An attitude of service, cooperation, hard work and extrordinary faith continues to be demonstrated by this small town and amazing leadership.  If your parish would be interested in forming a relationship with this community, contact yourhaitianvoice@gmail.com for more detailed information.
